Arrive Alive Guarantee:

Our team works hard make sure your fish arrive happy and healthy, however in the unfortunate case that your fish or plants are dead on arrival (DOA) our 100% alive arrival guarantee applies. We will organise a replacement or refund for you if:

• The purchaser was home at the time the parcel were delivered
• The fish and plants have not been left inside their delivery box for a long time
• The fish and plants are at the original delivery location
• The delivery address must be a real postal address (We are unfortunately not able to deliver to PO Boxes)

If your fish or plants are dead on arrival please reach us:

1. Take a clear photo or video of the fish inside the original bag and send this to melbournetropicalfish@gmail.com 
2. In your email, simply quote the type and number of DOA 
3. Include your Name or Order Number in your email

Our team will then reach out to you to organise a refund or replacement for you. We want to ensure all fish arrive safely and greatly appreciate any feedback on these steps or your fish.
